Our care approach is patient-centered and involves an integrated program of therapies that address the total well- being of our patients. For each resident, we create an individual care plan and assemble a care team that may include specialists from several areas. The goal is to design a course of treatment and therapy that best meets the needs of the resident.

Renaissance Manor of Westfield is accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO), an independent, non-profit organization dedicated to the continuous monitoring and improvement of the safety and quality of care provided to the American public.

We’re family-centered
Many of our residents and their visitors comment that our center is family- centered and family friendly. That’s because we encourage and welcome family involvement in everything from designing each resident’s care plan to participating in activities and special events.
