Administrator: Michael Stroetzel

Mike Stroetzel is a licensed nursing home administrator with over 30 years of long term care experience. He holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Western New England College and a B.A. in Sociology from Drew University in Madison, New Jersey. Mike believes residents deserve to be treated with respect, dignity, freedom, and given the choice of their life style rather then their life being dictated by an institutional routine.
 

Director of Admissions: Sharon Ashton

Sharon Ashton helps expedite the admission process for residents and their families. She has been at Renaissance Manor of Westfield since 2002. Sharon is a licensed nurse and has 22 years of experience. She served as President of the Alzheimer's Association for 6 years. Sharon belongs to many local civic groups such as Kiwanis, Western Mass Elder Care Professional Association, The Westfield Women's Club and Business Professional Women. In her spare time Sharon likes to play golf, garden and spend time with her dogs.
 

Director of Nursing Services: Betsy Jabry, RN

Betsy Jabry, RN has been a nurse since 1992. She has experience in psychiatric nursing, home care and long term care. She received her nursing degree from Springfield Technical Community College. Betsy has been at Renaissance Manor since 2002. She resides in Agawam, Ma. with her family.
 

Rehabilitation Director: Lin Coffey

Lin Coffey has been the director of Rehab Services at Renaissance Manor of Westfield since 2006. She has over 30 years experience in long term care, acute care, and out patient services. She holds an Associates in Physical Therapy from Springfield Technical Community College. Lin's goal is to make exercise enjoyable for the residents at Renaissance Manor. Lin is currently taking a ballet class to promote wellness, relaxation, and to learn new techniques to use with the residents. She currently lives in West Springfield with her husband of 25 years and their two children. Lin is also an instructor in a program called People with Arthritis Can Exercise (PACE). In her spare time, Lin loves to spend time taking her puppy for long walks through the woods. She also has a part time gift basket business that she enjoys.
 

Director of Social Services: Christie Wilson-Krusz, LSW, MEd

Christie Wilson-Krusz is a licensed social worker who has more than 30 years of experience in the social services field. She hold a Masters in Rehabilitation Counseling from Springfield College and a BA in Psychology from Connecticut College. Christie has been with Renaissance Manor of Westfield since 2005 and currently resides in Chicopee, MA. Christie keeps busy with "Christie's Corner", which is her part time antique business. She enjoys flower gardening, and vacations at the beach. She also has been married for 32 years and has 3 cats.
